this is very good recepie for fast yet very yummy pasta, i love it. its easy to prepare and yet so delicios.

Steps

  1. Dice red onion and sauté it in oil until soft and lightly golden.

  2. Mince garlic, add it to the pan, and stir for about 30 seconds (don’t let it burn).

  3. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer for at least 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Meanwhile, cook farfalle pasta according to the package instructions.

  5. Season the sauce with vegeta - all-purpose seasoning.

    Vegeta brings out the flavor and is important for the final taste. If you skip it, the sauce will taste noticeably flatter.

  6. Grate or dice cheddar cheese so it melts faster. Stir it into the sauce until melted.

  7. Add cooking cream and mix until smooth.

  8. Drain the pasta and mix it into the sauce.

Serve immediately. Optional: top with fresh basil.
